We are investigating increased error rates in launching instances and starting user sessions from AppStream 2.0

The applications in AppStream have been updated for the fall 2020 semester.

We are investigating increased error rates in launching instances and starting user sessions from AppStream 2.0

Based on your feedback, we have increased the idle disconnection time out from 15 min to 45 min. If the idle disconnection occurs, you still have an additional 15 min to reconnect before your session will end.  The maximum session duration has been increased from 2h to 24h.  We have increased the minimum number of standby sessions available in the Standard and Graphic Design fleets for the Faculty of Applied Sciences & Technology.
