Tickets are prioritized at the Support Centre based on impact and urgency.
Priority | Impact/Urgency | Resolution Goal |
---|---|---|
1 | High impact / high urgency | Less than 2 hours |
2 | Medium impact / high urgency | Less than 4 hours |
3 | High impact / low urgency | Less than 2 days |
4 | Low impact / high urgency | Less than 3 days |
5 | Medium impact / low urgency | Less than 5 days |
6 | Low impact / low urgency | Less than 10 days |
