Information Technology Services has three system-wide service outages scheduled each year. The outages are required to perform system maintenance.
Each planned service interruption will start Saturday evening and carry forward until early Sunday morning. During the service interruption, one or more technical services may be unavailable.
IMPORTANT: Work of a critical nature may occasionally necessitate additional planned service interruptions. In such cases, every effort will be made to schedule such work early in the mornings (6:00 am to 7:00 am) or at night over weekends. Advance notice will be provided.
